    Services Description

    North Dallas Tree & Sod provides professional tree trimming, sod installation, lawn maintenance, stump removal, storm cleanup, and landscape design services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

    Quotes and Estimates

    All quotes and estimates provided through our website or by our staff are non-binding and subject to change based on actual site conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

    Service Agreement

    • A signed service agreement or written approval is required before work begins on any project.
    • The property owner or authorized representative must approve all work to be performed.
    • Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in adjusted pricing.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

    Payment Terms

    • Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
    • For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
    • Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the service agreement.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Recurring service cancellations require written notice.

    Liability and Insurance

    North Dallas Tree & Sod is fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution to prevent damage, our liability is limited to the scope outlined in the service agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

    Warranty

    We stand behind our work. Sod installations include a care guide and warranty terms specific to the project, provided at the time of service. Tree trimming and other services are warranted for workmanship. Specific warranty terms are included in individual service agreements.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
